(1) With the exception of the head of the
establishment, workers of either sex who are eighteen years old
and have worked for not less than six months in the enterprise
shall qualify as electors.
(2) Electors, who are aged twenty years, can express themselves
in English and French and have worked continuously in the
enterprise for not less than twelve months shall be eligible for
election.
(3) The head of the establishment, his spouse, ascendants as well
as his relatives of the same degree shall not be eligible for
election.
