(1) The employer shall maintain at the workplace
and keep constantly up to date a register called the "employer's
register" which shall record such information as will enable the
labour and social insurance services to exercise control over the
minister in charge of labour.
(2) An order issued after consultation with the National Labour
Advisory Board shall determine the form of the register, the
information which it must contain and the manner in which it
shall be kept at the disposal of control officials.
(3) The said order shall also prescribe the conditions under which
certain enterprises or categories of enterprises may be exempted
from keeping an employers' register.
