(1) Labour Inspectors may record in official
reports having the force of prima facie evidence, any
infringement of labour laws and regulations.
They shall be empowered to take direct legal action before the
competent court against any persons infringing the provisions of
this law and its implementation instruments ;
(2) The terms and conditions under which Labour Inspectors shall
exercise their powers of control shall, as and when necessary, be
laid down by regulations.
