(1) By "Labour and Social Insurance Inspector",
referred to in this law as a "Labour Inspector", we mean any civil
servant of the labour administration corps placed at the head of a
labour and social insurance inspectorate or his delegate.
(2) Labour Inspectors shall be civil servants enjoying job security
virtue of their status and conditions of service.
(3) In order that their independence may be ensured, the said
inspectors shall have no interest whatsoever in the enterprises
under their supervision.
