(1) Where the Administration’s contracting partner does not comply with
the contract provisions or related service orders, as appropriate, the Project Owner or the
Delegated Project Owner shall issue a formal notice requiring him to comply within a
specified period.
(2) Such period may not be less than 21 (twenty–one) calendar days, except
otherwise stated for in the Special Administrative Clauses.
(3)The application of the provisions of (1) and (2) above shall have no incidence
on any delay penalties.
