(1) Under the authority of a service head, the service for
Recruitment, Training and Refresher Courses shall be responsible for:
- making projection on the Penitentiary Administration human resources;
- monitoring recruitment files;
- training and further training of Penitentiary administration personnel;
- monitoring ongoing training of Penitentiary Administration personnel;
- monitoring files relating to the issuing of authorization for admission to
training session and specialization training courses of Penitentiary
administration personnel;
- monitoring activities of the National School of Penitentiary Administration
(ENAP).
(2) It shall comprise:
- the Prospective Management Office;
- the Office for Training and Refresher Course.
