SECTION 81

Under the authority of an Office Head, the Office for Mental Disease shall be responsible for processing files relating to: - prevention and treatment of mental disease; - drug addiction; - drug addiction prevention programme in prisons; - mother and child care against consumption of narcotic drugs in prisons.
