Under the authority of a Office Head, the Prospective Management
Office shall be responsible for:
- identifying needs in terms of skills, employment and staff in Penitentiary
Administration human resources and drawing up recruitment plans
thereto;
- identifying needs in terms of Penitentiary Administration training and
drawing up plans thereto;
- assessing needs of the Ministry concerning in Penitentiary Administration
human resources.
