(1) For the discharge of his duties, the Minister of Justice, Keeper
of the Seals shall have at his disposal:
- a (1) Private Secretariat;
- three (3) Technical Advisers;
- two (2) Inspectorates General ;
- a Central Administration;
- decentralized services.
(2) The Minister Delegate and the Secretary of State in charge of Penitentiary
Administration shall each have a Private Secretariat.
