(1) Under the authority of a Unit Head, the SIGIPES Management
Unit shall be responsible for:
- centralizing and permanently updating the personnel’s electronic card-
index and salaries of the Ministry;
- issuing salary related documents;
- exploiting and maintaining the IT applications of the Sub-Department for
Personnel, Salary and Pensions.
(2) In addition to the Unit Head, it shall comprise two (2) Assistant Research
Officers.
