SECTION 101 — Under the authority of a Service Head, the Service for
Procurement and New Works shall be responsible for:
- assessing and centralizing needs for the construction and maintenance of
Courts Houses;
- monitoring procedures for purchasing buildings allocated to courts;
- participating in designing courts infrastructures;
- monitoring construction work of judicial infrastructures.
