Section 320 of the Penal Code
— Aggravated Theft
penalties provided for in Section 318 above shall be doubled if
the theft was committed either:
a) with force, or
b) bearing weapons, or
c) by breaking…false key, or
d) with a motor vehicle.
(2) Whoever commits a theft by the use of force causing the death of
another or grievous harms as provided
