The Treaty, drawn up in two copies in the French language, shall be deposited in the archives of the Republic of Senegal which shall deliver a certified true copy to each State Party. In witness whereof, the Heads of State and plenipotentiaries undersigned have affixed their signatures at the end of the present Treaty.
