In case of refusal to approve the rightful claimants or successors or of the withdrawal of a
member, the value of membership entitlements to be refunded to those concerned shall be fixed
in accordance with the provisions of Article 59 of this Uniform Act.
In the cases provided for in the preceding paragraph where the members have to redeem the
membership shares, the liability of members shall be joint and several and unlimited.
