Nullity of a company or of all acts, decisions or deliberations amending the Articles of
Association may only result from an express provision of this Uniform Act or from the laws
governing the nullity of contracts in general and the Articles of Association of companies in
particular.
Incomplete statement of the information which should be included in the Articles of Association
shall not cause the nullity of the company.
