A contract assigning an existing or future debt shall immediately take effect between the parties
from the date of signature irrespective of the date the debt arose, maturity date or the date the
assigned debt may be due, and it may be binding on third parties from the date it shall be
registered in the Trade and Personal Property Right Register irrespective of the law applicable
to the said debt and the law applicable where the debtor resides.
From the date of assignment the assignor may not without the consent of the assignee modify
the rights attached to the assigned debt.
