SECTION 66

Without prejudice to the social and economic assessment provided for in article 119-1 hereinafter, the trustee shall present a summary report to the receiver on the apparent situation of the debtor within thirty (30) days from taking office. The receiver shall promptly formulate observations on the report and transmit them to the public prosecutor. If the receiver does not receive the report within the prescribed period, he shall notify the public prosecutor by explaining the causes of the delay. Where the reorganization or assets liquidation proceedings are opened against an individual engaged in a liberal profession subject to regulated articles of Association, the report shall also be presented to the professional order or the competent authority of the debtor.
