No relation by blood or marriage of the debtor up to the fourth degree inclusive shall be
appointed Bankruptcy Trustee.
Where there is need for one or more Bankruptcy Trustees to be added or replaced, the Judge
Administrator shall refer the matter to the competent court which shall make the appointment
or replacement.
