SECTION 208

Every application for discharge shall be addressed, accompanied by receipts and supporting documents, to the representative of the Legal Department where the company was pronounced insolvent. This Magistrate shall forward all these documents to the President of the competent court who pronounced the decision and to the representative of the Legal Department of the residence of the applicant asking them to gather all possible and useful information on the veracity of the facts given. The Bankruptcy Trustee shall be sent the same documents for the same mission and he shall have the obligation to deposit a report within a period of one month with effect from the date the matter is referred to him.
