SECTION 84

Theelectronic certificateused insupportofthequalified electronic signature shall be an electronic certificate which links signature-verification data to a person and confirms the identity of suchperson. It shall have at least the following particulars: - the name of the certificate’s holder; - the public cryptographic key of the holder; - the period of validity of the certificate; - a unique serial number; - The electronic signature of the provider of the electronic certification service.
