SECTION 220

Where the vendor is not bound to deliver the goods at a specific place, his delivery obligations shall consist of: a) handing over the goods to a carrier for delivery to the purchaser, where the contract of sale provides for such transportation; b) in respect of all other cases, making the goods available to the purchaser at the place where they were manufactured or at the place where they are stored or at the place where the vendor has his principal commercial establishment.
