(1) Verbatim reports of sittings shall be distributed to Members of
the National Assembly at least one hour prior to the sitting at which they are to
be adopted.
(2) The verbatim reports of the last sitting of a session shall be
submitted to the National Assembly for adoption at that sitting prior to
adjournment.
(3) The minutes of each sitting signed by the President and the
Secretaries shall be deposited in 4 (four) copies in the Archives of the National
Assembly.
(4) Minutes shall be published by the Secretariat General of the
National Assembly.
