As part of efforts to meet the country's economie, social and cultural development
needs during the 2014 financial
year, the President of the Republic of Cameroon shall
be authorized to amend by ordinance the ceilings indicated in sections three, four and
twenty-three
above.
SECTION TWENTY-FIVE:
1. The President of the Repub/ic shall
be allowed
to amend by ordinance fin ance,
tax and customs laws as weil as the investment charter.
2.
The Government
shall be authorized to use the fresh resources ensuing
fram
those measures to meet its commitments.
SECTION
TWENTY-SIX:
The
President
of the
Republic
shall
be allowed
to take
by ordinance
ail
rneasures
necessary for the implementation
of structural
reforms provided for in the
agreements
concluded with the international financial community.

SECTION TWENTY-SEVEN:
The ordinances referred to in sections twenty-four, twenty-five and twenty-six above
shaH be tabled before the Bureaus of the National Assembly and the Senate for ratifi cation at
the parliamentary session following their publication.
SECTION TWENTY-EIGHT:
This law shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and
inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French:
