SECTION 38

(1) ln case of default of the promoter, the Agency may, pending the resumption of the activities of the defaulter, manage the economie zone for a period not exceeding 2 (two) years. (2) Beyond the period provided for in sub-section (1) above, the economic zone concerned shall be cJosed down under conditions laid down by regulation.
