SECTION 37

Any dispute between stakeholders in the economie zone which cannot be settled amicably shall be resolved through arbitration or before the competent courts of the Republic of Cameroon. CHAPTER IX MISCELLANEOUS, TRANSITORY AND FINAL PROVISIONS
