Decree No. 2018/355 on common rules applicable to contracts by public corporations › Chapter 3

SECTION 21

All documents created within the framework of the award, execution and control of contracts shall be forwarded to the body in charge of the regulation of public contracts for storage and archiving within 72 (seventy-two) hours of their signature.
