The decree granting release on licence may also suspend enforcement of any
order of confinement in a special health establishment or of preventive confinement, or of post-
penal supervision and assistance, or of banned occupation which would follow on release from the principal penalty. Such suspension shall become final five (5) years after the expiry of the principal penalty.
