SECTION 595

(1) The President of the Supreme Court or the President of the Court of Appeal, as the case may be, shall after receiving the explanation of the magistrate concerned and the submissions of the Legal Department, give a ruling without costs. (2) The ruling of the President of the Court of Appeal on an application challenging a magistrate or a judge shall not be subject to appeal.
