SECTION 533

(1) Any court decision which violates the law and which has not been appealed against in the form and within the prescribed time-limit provided by law, may be appealed against to the Supreme Court by the Procureur General at the said court in the following circumstances: (a) in the sole interest of the law and on the initiative of he Procureur General; in this case, the parties may not take advantage of the ruling of the Supreme Court; (b) on the instructions of the Minister in charge of Justice; in this case, the decision of the Supreme Court shall be binding on ail the parties. (2) The appeals referred to in subsection shall not be subject to nay time-limit.
