Criminal Procedure Code › Book 4 › Title 3 › Chapter 5

SECTION 500

(1) The Procureur General may of his own motion raise grounds of appeal. (2) The Procureur General shall in his submissions propose a precise solution to the case. (3) The Procureur General shall transmit his submissions within thirty (30) days, under confidential cover to the President of the Supreme Court, who shall forward them to the President of the section concerned. He shall return the case file to the registry thereafter.
