SECTION 484

(1) The Registrar-in-Chief of the Court of Appeal shall prepare the case file which shall comprise in particular the following documents: - the notice of appeal; - the report referred to in section 483; - the submissions and memoranda produced by the parties before the trial court and the Court of Appeal; - the record of proceedings of the trial court and the Court of Appeal; - all the interlocutory rulings delivered by the trial court and the Court of Appeal; - a copy of the judgment appealed against and a copy of the judgment of the trial court. (2) This case file shall be forwarded to the Registrar-in-Chief of the Supreme Court.
