The no-case ruling, the partial no-case ruling and committal order shall contain the full name, date and place of birth, filiations, residence and occupation of the defendant, the particulars and statement of offence, and the section of the law application.
They shall, in addition, state clearly and concisely the reasons for the existence or non-
existence of evidence against the defendant.
