SECTION 41

(nouveau).- Le conservateur foncier peut délivrer à toute personne intéressée, soit un certificat établissant la conformité du duplicatum d'un titre foncier ou des seules mentions désignées dans la réquisition, soit un certificat attestant qu'il n'existe aucune inscription sur un titre foncier.
