Law No 2019/024 of 24 december 2019 bill to institute the general code of regional and local authorities › Book 0 › Title 7 › Chapter 2

SECTION 97

(1) For the achievement of objectives or implementation of public interest projects, local authorities may, as and when necessary, enter into contractual arrangements with: - the State; - one or more public law corporate bodies set up either under State control or with State participation; - one or more corporate bodies governed by private law; - one or more civil society organizations. (2) In the performance of their duties, local authorities may form or join various groupings to exercise common interest powers, by setting up public cooperation bodies through agreements, in accordance with the laws applicable in each case.
