(1) The budget of local authorities shall be prepared, adopted and
approved according to a schedule and under the conditions laid down by a joint order
of the Minister in charge of regional and local authorities and the Minister in charge of
finance.
(2) The schedule shall be consistent with the budget schedule of the State.
