(1) The purpose of the amending budget shall be to adjust the initial budget forecasts. It shall include extra appropriations required during the financial year, new revenue not provided for in the initial budget, revenue and expenditure transactions brought forward from the previous financial year.
(2) The amending budget shall be prepared, voted and approved in the same manner as the initial budget, in accordance with the provisions of this law.
