Whoever:
a) follows an occupation which has been forbidden him under Section 36 of this Code; or
b) reopens any premises closed under Section 34 of this Code; or
c) infringes any forfeiture or obligation not covered by the last foregoing Section which has been imposed upon him under Sections 31, 41 or 42 , shall be punished with imprisonment for from 15 (fifteen) days to 6 (six) months and with fine of from CFAF 10 000 (ten thousand) to CFAF 100 000 (one hundred thousand).
