hereunder. The same shall apply if an application for stay, having been made, is withdrawn before the expiration of the said period. (3) An application for stay of execution shall be valid only if it is made by registered letter, with acknowledgement of receipt, sent to the Inspector of Labour and Social Insurance of the area.
