(1) Under the authority of a Service Head, the Documentation and Records Service shall be responsible for:
- creating and setting up a filing system of documentation for the Department of Penitentiary Administration;
- collecting, centralizing, keeping, duplicating and disseminating documents;
- keeping records.
(2) It shall comprise:
- The Documentation Bureau;
- The Card-index Bureau.
