Cooperation between the Community and third States
1. Any African State wishing to conclude cooperation agreements with the
Community shall make application to the Conference which, after seeking the
Council’s opinion, shall take a unanimous decision.
2. Such agreements shall be subject to ratification by Member States in
accordance with their respective national legislations.
