Institutions
1. The institutions of the Community shall be:
a) The Conference of Heads of State and Government;
b) The Council of Ministers;
c) The Court of Justice;
d) The General Secretariat;
e) The Consultative Commission;
f) Any specialized technical committee or organ set up or provided for by this
Treaty.
2. The institutions of the Community shall perform their duties and act within the
limits of the powers conferred on them by this Treaty.
