Powers
1. The Consultative Commission shall be responsible for studying or
investigating, under the Council’s responsibility, questions and projects submitted
to it by the other Community institutions.
2. Accordingly, it shall:
a) assist the Council in the performance of its duties;
b) study the reports of the specialized technical committees and make
recommendations to the Council;
c) carry out any other duties assigned to it in pursuance of this Treaty.
