Uniform Acts shall enter into force ninety days from the date of adoption, subject to contrary
provisions in a particular Uniform Act The Uniform Acts shall be enforceable within thirty clear
days following their publication in the OHADA Official Gazette . The Uniform Acts shall also
be published in the Official Gazette of States Parties or by any other appropriate means.
