The resources of OHADA consist principally of:
a) The annual contributions of the States Parties,
b) Assistance provided for in conventions between OHADA and States or International
Organisations.
c) Gifts and legacies.
The annual contributions of Member States shall be determined by the Council of Ministers.
The Council of Ministers shall approve the conventions referred to in paragraph b) and shall
receive the gifts and legacies referred to in paragraph c).
