The duration of the term of office of the seven judges elected simultaneously for the initial
constitution of the Court will be respectively three years, four years, six years, seven years, eight
years and nine years. The term of office of each judge shall be determined by lots drawn by the
President of the Council of Ministers at a session of the Council. The first renewal of the
members of the Court shall take place three years from the date of its initial constitution.
