SECTION 33

The Permanent Secretary of OHADA shall invite the States Parties to furnish a list of their candidates, within a period of at least four months before the elections The Permanent Secretary of OHADA shall establish a list in alphabetical order of the candidates presented and shall transmit a copy thereof to the States Parties at least one month before the elections.
