Acts and commitments taken over by the cooperative regularly formed and registered shall be
deemed having been undertaken from the outset.
Acts and commitments which have not been accepted by the cooperative under the conditions

provided for by this Uniform Act shall not be enforceable thereto and individuals who have
undertaken them shall be held jointly and indefinitely liable for their inherent obligations.
