The chairman and other members of the management committee are not remunerated.
However, expenses incurred by the chairman and other members of the management committee
in the performance of their duties may be reimbursed to them under the conditions laid down by
the general meeting. They may also be granted an allowance for expenses to be incurred when
the articles prescribe the terms of the allocation of such allowance.
