The chairman and the other members of the management committee may be removed by a
resolution of the members passed under the conditions of vote and quorum relating to the
amendment of the articles. Any clause to the contrary shall be deemed unenforceable.
Furthermore, the chairman and the other members of the management committee shall be
removed for legal grounds at the request of any memberby the competent court in the
jurisdiction where the registered office is located.
