When the address of the terminatedmember is unknown to the cooperative despite all reasonable
efforts to find him,and two years have elapsed since the termination, the cooperative shall
transfer all sums owed to him to a reserve fund. Such sums shall no longer bear interests beyond
a period of two (2) years from their deposit into the reserve fund.
Amounts thus transferred shall be paid to any individual who shows evidence that he is entitled
to that money within a period of five (05) years from the transfer. They shall be acquired on a
precarious basis to the State after a five (05) year period.
